Thank you for considering our small local business! I provide custom-built, quality mailboxes to Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. I provide a wide range of mailboxes/materials, including custom, wooden enclosure style mailboxes, to meet your HOA guidelines.

Turn-Key Pricing

We offer turn-key pricing, including custom paint color, removal and breakdown of your existing mailbox, and installation. I also contact OHIO811 (OH) or MissDig 811 (MI) before installation. If you are not familiar with them, they contact public utility services that may be in the area of our predetermined dig location. There is nothing you need to do on your end, they stay in direct contact with me via email. This process takes about 48 business hours from the time I call. I require nothing down. I order your materials and build out of pocket. Payment is due on the day of installation, after my work is complete. I currently accept Cash, Check or Venmo.

It was time to replace our old, beat up mailbox, and The Mailbox Doc was recommended. Great, great, great recommendation. When I first reached out to Ben via text, he responded quickly, asked me if I knew what I was wanting/thinking for a new mailbox. He sent me a ton of pictures, and even guided me on the best options knowing that I lived on a state route, which experiences more direct snow plowing, and therefore, my mailbox would be open to more of the elements of snow, salt, etc. Communication was great, Ben showed up exactly when he said he would, got the job done, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. I picked out a beautiful mailbox from Ben’s sample pics, with a few extras. There is a guard around the bottom of the post to protect it from weed whips. He also included 2 cans of his special paint for touch up after a few years. He was early getting to my location and did a very thorough installation It was very professional all the way around and I’m extremely impressed with how great it turned out!
